We conducted an initial interview with Management, which allowed us to set the context for the survey we were about to conduct.

We prepared a proposal for internal communication regarding the implementation of the survey. This is a very important stage, as every employee needs to understand the purpose and process of the survey.

We conducted a comprehensive survey using the proprietary TeamBoost® methodology within the MerchUp team, which resulted in a set of recommendations and guidelines for long-term HR strategy implementation. The survey covered the following areas:
